I sent & back my XRX a few months ago to update it. Mine is ver 1.9 now.

I'm totally satisfy this product. But I'm in Japan so it took a long time, need the shipping cost and to prepare some documents for send & back through overseas to upgrade the firmware... It's very annoying.

I hope Zaon would provide the utility software to upgrade the firmware by ourselves soon.
