Other than color, what is the difference between the original XRX (gray box) and the latest Onyx (black box)? I couldn't find anything describing new features or capabilities.

Can the earlier model (gray) be upgraded to the newer model?

Its pretty sad when the company can't spend any time on THEIR OWN FORUM to answer questions from potential owners, huh?

I've asked the question via email and have been told there is no difference.

BTW, I think there is an earlier posting that says they won't be monitoring this forum. Use one of the support contacts.

I've done that, too... I e-mailed them 2 days before posting my previous comment. They never responded.
