We have an XRX (V1.4) which appears to be suffering from the corrupted screen issue together with the audio continually saying "TEST TEST TEST..."

Unfortunately it is about 3 years old and so out of warranty. Could you provide details of how to fix the loose pin issue as we have nothing to lose by getting our techs to try and fix it?
