Zaon support informed me on 11/24/09:

There are two answers, it depends on if you want to hardwire both devices or
use them strictly portable (power off cig. plug.).

Hardwire: you can immediately hardwire both, using the Garmin pigtail and
ours (XPD-X).

If portable only: We are working on a composite interface cable, no release
date yet, hopefully within a month.

I am anxiously awaiting the interface cable.
