XRX and Garmin 796 not talking 4 Months, 4 Weeks ago Karma: 0  
I have both a new Zaon XRX and a Garmin 796 hardwired by my Avionics shop. The XRX and the 796 both work but don't seem to talk to each other. The Zaon is set up with COM set to GARMIN and the 796 is set up with "TIS in" on serial port 1 and 2. It continues to say "waiting for data". Is there anything else required to make this work? Thanks for you help
